Profile Settings
There are two separate profiles in Church Admin:
- Your personal profile — the person signed in
- The church profile — the church you administer
Both are edited in-app; both live in independent screens.
Your personal profile
Settings → Edit Profile
The screen groups fields into cards. All fields marked with * are required — the app blocks save until they're filled.
Personal Information
- Full Name

These describe the physical church you personally attend — separate from the church you administer.
Profile photo
Tap the photo at the top of the screen to choose from your gallery or take a new one. It's cropped to a circle (512×512 max), uploaded securely, and used across the app (chats, profile card, etc.).
Profile completion
The hero card shows a percentage based on the 12 required fields above. You cannot save with missing required fields; the form shows an orange "Complete all required fields to save" banner until everything's filled.

Fields are grouped into four cards.
Church Information
- Church Name
* - Description — up to 3 lines, free-form
- Denomination — e.g. Baptist, Pentecostal, AG
Pastor Information
- Pastor Name
- Pastor Email
- Pastor Phone — with country-code selector
Location
- Auto-detect from GPS button — fills country, state, city, and address from your device's location
- Country — searchable dropdown
- State / Province — searchable, populated after you pick a country
- City — searchable, populated after you pick state (or country if the country has no states in the data source)
- Full Address — free-form, up to 2 lines
Website & Social Media
- Website — URL
- Facebook URL
- Instagram URL
- YouTube URL
Church logo
Tap the logo in the hero card. Pick from gallery or take a new photo. It's cropped to a circle (512×512 max) and uploaded securely; it then shows in the member app, docs, and anywhere the church appears.
Saving is manual — the SAVE button in the top-right writes all fields at once. The logo, however, is auto-saved the moment upload finishes.
What isn't here
A few things that often appear in "profile" UIs are not part of this screen:
- Email / password — managed through the auth flow (Apple Sign-In, Google, magic link, etc.), not from the profile form
- Timezone — the app uses your device timezone automatically
- Two-factor authentication — not exposed as a toggle inside the profile screen
- Preferred language — set in the app-wide language picker, not here
- Church tagline, service times, founded year, languages spoken — not part of the current church profile
