Sign-up is mobile-only

Church admin accounts can only be created from the Nlarj Church Admin mobile app (iOS or Android). The desktop app is for daily work after sign-up — it does not support new account creation.

Step 1 — Create your personal account

No separate sign-up step

Church admin accounts are created automatically the first time you sign in. Pick one of the three methods below — whichever you use, the first successful sign-in provisions your account, and every sign-in after that is the same flow.

  1. Open the Church Admin app
  2. Tap Continue with Google
  3. Select your Google account and grant permissions

Apple

  1. Open the Church Admin app on iOS
  2. Tap Continue with Apple
  3. Choose to share or hide your email (both work — hidden emails relay through Apple)

Email (one-time code)

  1. Open the Church Admin app
  2. Tap Sign In with Email OTP
  3. Enter your email and tap Send Code
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a 6-digit verification code
  5. Enter the code in the app and tap Verify & Continue

There is no password to set or remember — every sign-in uses a fresh code. Use Resend Code if the first one doesn't arrive within a minute.

Step 2 — Register your church

After your personal account is created, the app walks you through a 4-step church registration. Have this info ready before you start:

Organization details

  • Church / Organization Name — official name of your ministry
  • Denomination / Affiliation (optional)
  • Year Established (optional)
  • Congregation Size — small / medium / large
  • Church Logo (optional, uploaded to your R2 bucket later)

Location & contact

  • Country / Region
  • Street Address
  • State / Province
  • City
  • ZIP / Postal Code
  • Phone Number (with country code)
  • Landline / Alternate Phone (optional)
  • Website (optional)
  • Social media — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (optional)

The app auto-detects your country from GPS to pre-select document requirements.

Verification documents

India

  • Society Registration Certificate (required)
  • Trust Deed / Constitution (required)
  • PAN Card (required)
  • GST Certificate (optional)

United States

  • 501(c)(3) Determination Letter (required)
  • EIN Certificate (required)
  • Articles of Incorporation (required)

United Kingdom

  • Charity Registration (required)
  • Constitution / Bylaws (required)
  • VAT Certificate (optional)

Other countries

  • Government Registration Document (required)
  • Pastor / Leader ID (required)

Your role at the church

  • Your Name
  • Role / Title — e.g., Senior Pastor, Church Administrator (optional)

What happens next

  1. Registration submitted — Status shows "pending verification"
  2. Document review — Our team verifies your uploaded documents (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Full access — Once approved, all features unlock: streaming, AI sermon planner, giving, member management, etc.
One admin per church

Only one admin account per church. Add co-pastors and team members via Invite Members, not by creating duplicate admin accounts.
