Verify Your Church
Why verification?
Church verification protects our platform from spam accounts and ensures legitimate ministries can access features like digital giving, AI tools, and live streaming with proper compliance.
What you'll need
- Church registration — any of: 501(c)(3), Society Registration (India), Trust Deed, or equivalent
- Pastor credentials — ordination certificate or equivalent proof of ministry leadership
- Church website or social media — helps verify public presence
- Contact verification — we may call your church's main phone number
Submit verification
- Open Church Settings — In the Church Admin app, go to Settings → Church Profile
- Upload documents — Upload scanned copies of your church registration and pastor credentials (PDF, JPG, PNG, max 5MB each)
- Fill church details:
- Full legal church name
- Registration number (if applicable)
- Physical address
- Primary contact phone
- Estimated congregation size
- Denominational affiliation (optional)
- Submit for review — Click Submit for Verification. You'll receive email updates.
Verification timeline

During verification
You can still explore the app. Some features (digital giving, subscriptions) are gated until approval.
Common rejection reasons
- Documents illegible — re-upload clearer scans
- Name mismatch — legal name on documents doesn't match app entry
- Unable to verify phone — answer the verification call
- Website unreachable — ensure your church's site or Facebook page is public

Society Registration Act or Trust Deed accepted. FCRA certificate required if receiving foreign donations.
United States
501(c)(3) determination letter from IRS required for digital giving features.
